Leanne in Suzanne Neville from Miss Bush Bridalwear (1)

This week saw the launch of the Suzanne Neville Novello Collection for 2015. The dresses were impeccable & classic. The hospitality likewise. As I am watching the extreme glamour filter through from the New York shows I wonder whether the British designers don’t have something to learn from from Suzanne Neville & New York.

The successful bridal shops, both new & old alike, re-imagine retail every year putting the bride central to their plans. Experential shopping is the saviour of the independant retailer. The  ‘trade’ exhibitors, bar one or two left most luxury buyers flat & unenthusiastic. Much like the bride we don’t ‘have’ to buy, this is luxury retail. No one will go hungry or cold if we don’t buy certain collections. Bring us glamour, bring us service, bring us inspiration – bring us the buzz.

Today I wanted to showcase Suzanne Neville by way of a ‘thank you.’ Not only do I, as a client, get a great dress, with fabulous hospitality I also get the support I need whether I am having a bad or a good day. This is how I treat my clients & how I like to be treated.

This week with Suzanne Neville  has been a pick’n’mix. Sometimes a soft centre, sometimes hard candy.  I saw a dress I would like to get married in from Suzanne’s new collection ( that would be Lyric.) I also got the support, sounding board & mentoring I needed. All with added champagne.

Thank you.
