My own sense of discretion means I shall decline to mention the cause of the slight queasiness that Rachel was feeling on her first visit to Miss Bush. Suffice to say I kind of knew that a wedding in Scotland would be fun with maybe the odd dram or two.
Rachel is wearing Jim Hejlm Blush 1006 cotton lace. Ordinarily I’m a fan of their big tulle New York princess dresses. The other look that JLM do brilliantly is the homespun Estsy folk look – glamour with a backyard feel.

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful experience at Miss Bush – I absolutely loved my Jim Hjelm dress, and so did my husband, and wanted to thank you all for everything. From start to finish I had such fun in your shop, from trying dresses to when I came for my fittings – you made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable – I actually quite miss my trips down to Ripley!
I have attached a few photos for you to have a peak… The wedding was at Prestonfield House in Edinburgh. As you can see, the weather was typically Scottish, but we had a wonderful day.”
